The air conditioning units in both bedrooms were a major relief during the hot season, and the presence of a mini fridge allowed us to keep snacks and groceries, which was very convenient for our family.
The kitchen was not well equipped, lacking sufficient utensils, and the bathroom needed attention as it had some mold that affected our comfort.

Be sure to ask about the weekly maid service for fresh linens and towels, as it's not automatic during your stay.

the overall experience was just tragic. absolutely no daily cleaning or services, and even after begging, the reception offered no toilet tissues. i thought i would at least receive an upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that’s too much to ask at this establishment. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that was perfect for our family. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! the kitchen could use better utensils for meal prep.

Air conditioning unit in both bedrooms keeps things cool, which is a major relief in August. The mini fridge allows for easy snacks and groceries, making family life a bit easier.
Furniture in the apartment is quite dated and shows wear, which can detract from the overall experience. Kitchen utensils are limited, almost comically so, with one fork for five people. Mould in the bathroom ceiling adds a stuffy and unwelcoming vibe, even if the room is cleaned occasionally.

Super convenient for our family! The two-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, like hand sanitizer and a private bathroom. Air conditioning was great, keeping us cool in the heat. Loved the spa facilities too for some relaxation after exploring.

Exploring the busy streets of Istanbul 🇹🇷
The staff are super friendly, especially Mr Dindar who sorted out our early check-in and was just a gem. The location’s a winner—shops everywhere and close to all the sights! We loved the air conditioning in the hot stuff—major lifesaver!
The apartment itself could do with a facelift, like the kitchen was a bit dodgy and the bathroom had some mould going on.

Just a solid selection for a short stay in Istanbul with fantastic value for money. Air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Make sure to bring extra kitchen utensils. there’s not much provided.

missingWrote a review on Jun 08great locationplumbing issues
I enjoyed my stay, as the location is excellent—just a short walk to famous sites like the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. The flat was spacious enough for my family and equipped with essential heating, which was a major plus given the cool night temperatures. The staff was responsive and friendly, making our experience even better.
The maintenance of the plumbing was lacking, considering there were noticeable leaks.
